Muscular Strength & Range of
Motion
Have fun and move to the
music through a variety of
exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of
movement, and activity for daily
living skills. Hand-held
wrights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a ball all offer
resistance, and a chair is used
for seated and/or standing
support.

aerobics capacity.

Advanced Water
Aerobics Looking
for a fun, friendly way to exercise without
impact on the joint? This class is great for
those who prefer a high intensity
cardiovascular and muscular conditioning
workout. no swimming skills are needed for
class. This class consists of both shallow
and deep-water exercise (floatation belts
are used for the deep water). Class is
finished with 5 to 8 minutes of abdominal
burning workout. |
