The Pike County YMCA offers many group exercise and fitness programs led by dedicated fitness instructors. No matter your age or whether you consider yourself a beginner or an advanced exercise enthusiast we have fitness class for you. Many of our programs are included in your membership fees all you need do is register with the Courtesy Desk Attendant each 4 week session. View the fitness class registration calendar below.
A place to feel great, be well, and chat with friends. Our Adult Fitness Center is home to a variety of cardio machines, selectorized equipment for muscular conditioning for ages 13 & up and free weights for members' ages 16 years to . . . . . On your first visit schedule an appointment with our fitness center attendants so you will feel comfortable with our equipment.
Our personal trainer will keep you motivated, accountable and moving forward on your road to success. Your personal exercise professional will develop a program that is individualized to your health and fitness needs. Members may choose from individual personal training or small group training. Not only is the exercise program tailored to your needs but pricing is available in single or multiple sessions as well as 30 minutes or 60 minute training sessions. Personal Training sessions are available for YMCA members only.
We offer a variety of aerobic land exercise classes including step and ball aerobics. At the Y you will also find muscular classes including Yoga and a class that focuses on your glutes and abs. Check out the schedule and complete descriptions of each class.
